Refund Policy for Dry Goods and Food

If you are not satisfied with your items (all dry goods, food, and phytoplankton) or your item was damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 7-days of receiving your order and we will replace your damaged items at no additional cost.

Arrive Alive/Refund Policy for Animals

If your order is dead on arrival and was signed for on the first delivery attempt, please provide photos or videos to and you will be issued a store credit valued at 100% of the affected coral for use on a future order. Please note that the photos or videos documenting the issue should be captured within 2 hours of receiving your package and sent to us within 24 hours of delivery. There are no cash refunds on live animals.

Our Process

Here at Royalty Reef, your satisfaction and the safety of our animals are our top priority. We take great care to ensure the safe arrival of the newest valued member of your tank.

All animals are shipped in carefully packed insulated containers. Depending on weather conditions, we include cooling or heat packs to help guarantee your animals are safe and comfortable in their transit to their new home. We will not ship in extreme temperatures.

All animals are shipped via 1-day (“overnight”) delivery from Pensacola, Florida. If you would like to request a specific shipping/delivery day, please contact us before you order. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Cost and Locations

We charge a flat rate of $49.00 for all orders involving live animals. Other orders are shipped at variable rates, displayed during the checkout process. Orders of $300+ are eligible to receive FREE weekday shipping.

Please note, we DO NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the continental US at this time. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delay Disclaimer

To protect the health and safety of your animals, Royalty Reef reserves the right to hold all live shipments due to expected extreme weather conditions (i.e., hurricanes). Relatedly, we are not responsible for shipping issues related to extreme weather conditions or any other issues related to the shipping company used for transit.
